Dundee Sportsman's Club Inc supports the right to keep and bear arms
and the lawful use of firearms by law abiding citizens. To that end, the
club offers training that meets the requirements for obtaining a Michigan
Concealed Pistol License to both members and the general public at a nominal
cost. This is not a money making project, it is a public service by the
Dundee Sportsman's Club Inc.
The course offered by Dundee Sportsman's Club Inc is the NRA
Personal Protection in the Home course, which includes:

Minimum of 8 hrs total class time including 3 hrs of shooting range
time

Range course of fire – minimum of 96 rounds by each student

1 hour presentation on the legal aspects of concealed carry by a lawyer

NRA Certified Instructors and Range Safety Officers
To qualify for this course, you must meet minimum requirements set by NRA:

NRA Basic Pistol Course Certificate

NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program (pistol disciplines)

Pistol Qualification Card

Military DD 214 with pistol qualification

Michigan Concealed Carry Permit

Other Concealed Carry Permit

Passing the Pre-Course Evaluation
Dundee Sportsman's Club Inc also offers the NRA First Steps course,
which qualifies as a prerequisite, for persons who have limited experience with
a handgun. This is also an excellent course for individuals (adults or minors)
who want to learn basic firearm safety taught in the context of handgun use.
