Flint Bowmen Archery Club was formed in the late 1930's by area archers. It is one of the oldest archery clubs in the State of Michigan. It's beautiful 40 acres of wooded land is dedicated only to the sport of archery.  We have 4 outdoor courses. Each course can be set up for target, fieldtip, broadhead or 3D shooting. There are several  tree stands throughout the courses for hunting shots. We have a spacious outdoor practice range with shots out to 65 meters (just over 70 yards) and a 25 yard  heated and well lit indoor range.

The club is located in Southwest Ypsilanti and covers approximately 190 acres of rolling, forested terrain.  Activities include archery (indoor and outdoor), pistol, black powder, skeet and trap, rifle including a 600 yard range. The membership policy at the club has been changed by the Board of Directors this year (2002).  If you
wish to learn more about membership in the Club,  come to the general membership meetings held
on the first Thursday of each month starting at 8PM.

"DETROIT ARCHERS" is the oldest archery club in Michigan. It was founded in 1924 by Saxton Pope and Art Young. Although our membership boasts what we like to consider the greatest archers, by far, one of the most famous members was Fred Bear, who served as president in 1933. "DETROIT ARCHERS" also boasts some of the best shooting facilities available. Our club is situated on 30 acres in West Bloomfield. Our clubhouse is surrounded by 3 outdoor ranges including:

Livingston Conservation & Sports Association (LC&SA) was founded in 1941 and moved to its present location in 1957.  We have had members reach some of the top ranks of the sport of archery, including national archery teams and an Olympic medallist. Some of our activities include shooting at our newly upgraded rifle and pistol ranges, participation in indoor and outdoor  archery, shooting trap and otherwise sharing hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities.

Lincoln Bowmen Archery Club offers an inviting clubhouse and 40 acres of land, which includes a wooded Field and Hunter Outdoor and Indoor Target Ranges. We also offer a variety of leagues and festive shoots, and an assortment of competitive shoots. Open shooting is available indoors and outdoors according to the club schedule. We have a class of members who are dedicated to the sport of Archery and who are willing to share their skills and knowledge. Founded in March of 1989 and headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, the National Sporting Clays Association is a non-profit organization owned and operated by its members. With more than 17,000 members, NSCA is America's official premier sporting clays association.
