Doing The
News Letter
I’ve been asked what is involved in doing
the Newsletter. Over a month’s time
several things must happen:
-
Attend the Membership & Board meetings.
-
Check the calendar each month for
upcoming events.
-
Sometimes corner a “chairperson” for
additional information.
-
Use information that is occasionally
received by email.
-
Compose the Newsletter (one to two
hours)
-
Print the Newsletter (1/2 hour per page)
-
Staple, fold & apply postage to the
Newsletter (one hour with two people
working together)
The most appreciated help I have with the
Newsletter is Doug Ray’s printing the
address page and the menu page that is on
the back side of the address page.
Also appreciated are the members who give me
information, without my asking.
Information can be given to me in written
form at the Club meeting, emailed or mailed.
My email is:
rsmithbelvil@comcast.net My
mailing address is: Richard Smith; PO
Box 192; Belleville, MI 48112-0192. |
