ground venison 2 medium onions, chopped 1 large green pepper, chopped 1/2 cup cooking oil 2-#303 cans stewed tomatoes,
mashed 2-#303 cans tomato sauce 1-#303 can sweet corn 1 tablespoon sugar Salt and pepper to taste 2 pounds macaroni
Brown ground meat, onions and
pepper in oil stirring
constantly; drain excess fat.
Mash stewed tomatoes and add to
ground meat. Stir in tomato
sauce, corn, sugar, salt and
pepper. Cover and simmer for one
hour using very large pan.
Cook macaroni until tender
but not completely done, drain
and add to meat and sauce.
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with garlic toast. Serves
10 to 12.
