roasting tin. Top with bacon.
Roast at 220 C /
425 F / Gas 7 for 15 minutes. Reduce to
180 C / 350 F /
Gas 4. Continue
to roast for the required amount of
time, basting
frequently with
juices. Accompany with gravy, cranberry
sauce and
vegetables.
